Dana has been a meditator and practicing yogi since 2000. She studies with many teachers, both in the realm of physical Yoga, as well as Tibetan Buddhist masters. She holds and ERYT-500, as well as certificates in Iyengar Yoga, Pilates, Aerial Yoga, Functional Range Conditioning, and more.

Keri holds a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University (2004), and holds an ERYT-500 and YACEP with Yoga Alliance. She has logged countless hours of study with master teachers, and she strives to help others engage on their journey towards health and healing.

Angie found Yoga in 1996, and it immediately eased her body and mind. She was called to deep dive into Yoga, and in 2005 discovered its Indian roots, and specifically Iyengar Yoga. This led her to travel to India twice to study, and she continues on the deep dive, in her own practice, and her teaching.

Annie found Iyengar Yoga in 2006. She realized it was a tool for herself, as well as her then two young boys. Keenly aware of the healing power of Yoga, she continued on to do a teacher training in 2008. She has traveled to India to study with B.K.S. Iyengar, and is rooted in the lineage.

Joseph Wagner has been a Buddhist practitioner since 1988. He is the student of many great masters, and has traveled to Tibet, Nepal, and India, in order to receive teachings over the years. He offers both meditation and yoga in the Tibetan style, which is its own unique experience.
Mandy has studied yoga for 15 years, and is Iyengar certified. Yoga guides her to find balance and inner peace. She discovered that practicing the asanas brings concentration, body awareness, and physical and mental relief. Alignment brought stability to many areas of her life, and she wants to share that!
